Most common delivery questions:

What if my package can't be delivered?

If your package can't be delivered for any reason we will always keep your package and give you a phone call for more delivery instructions, unless you have already requested otherwise. 

You may also choose to have your package left at the delivery location (no signature required), or if you would like us to reattempt delivery. If you have any special instructions for our drivers you can include them in the "instructions" box on the order entry page.

How do I know my package has been delivered?

Once website/dispatch is up and running there will be a tab to check the current status of your delivery.

How can I request that a package be left without a signature?

If you would like your package delivered without a signature required,  please note the following on your waybill:

  • NSR  No Signature Required.

  • MB Mailbox delivery.

How can I get proof of delivery?

Please request with the driver and we will happily email you a picture of waybill with time and signature.


Signature Picture Capture: 

We are pleased to offer signature Picture Capture, upon request,  for packages delivered without a signature required. 

For no signature required deliveries, please note the following on your waybill:

  • NSR  No Signature Required.

  • MB Mailbox delivery.

How can I open an account?

It's easy to open an account with us! Please contact us on our website, and we will be in touch with you soon!


Is there any charge to open a new account?

No, there is no charge to set up an account.

Can I pay for an individual trip with a credit card?

Yes, please note there is 3.5% credit card cost plus we will use our standard rate sheet which may be higher than a monthly rate.

How long does it take to open an account?

We can have you set up in less than 24 hours once your forms have been submitted. Interested in opening a new account?

What Services do you offer?

We are a local based company with most of our delivery services taking place right here in Calgary and Calgary’s surrounding communities, but we also assist with shipping worldwide.

We are a full service fleet, with a fleet of vehicles from vans to 5 ton trucks with power tailgates, and flat deck trucks.

What are the boundaries for Core services?

Core stands for downtown core, and includes much of the commercial core in Calgary. Core or C-services are only used where the pick up location and delivery location are within the core area. 

 The boundaries for the core area are:

  • Bow River to the north to 17th Ave

  •  3rd St including East Village is our East boundary

  • 11th St between 1st and 8th Avenue and 14th St between 9th and 17th ave on the West

What are the boundaries for Out of Core Services?​

South Stony trail, North country hills

East    84 street to West 84 street

  • Calgary surrounding areas       

  • Same day service 

  • Direct drive service

Do you offer services to Calgary's Surrounding Areas?

We offer same-day deliveries to several of Calgary's surrounding areas, including:

  • Chestermere

  • Cochrane

  • Strathmore

  • High River

  • Airdrie

  • Okotoks

  • Balzac

  • Kneehill County


What are the cutoff times for placing an order?

  • 1:30pm  Reg service       

  • 2:30pm  Rush service       

  • 3:00pm  Direct service.   

  • 4:00pm  Critical service            

  • 5:00pm or later is an after hours charge/or next day

Do you offer national or international services?

Yes, we offer shipping all around the world, partnering with FedEx. 

Do you have dollies, pallet jacks or forklifts?

Our cargo and minivan drivers are equipped with dollies, while our 5 ton trucks are equipped with both dollies and pallet jacks to make moving your packages easier. None of our drivers supply Forklift services.

Do you supply moving equipment or boxes? 

Yes, please contact us and we would be happy to provide costs.
