Most common delivery questions:

Q: What if my package can't be delivered?

A: If your package can't be delivered for any reason we will contact you for more delivery instructions.
If you have special delivery instructions for our drivers you can include them in the "special instructions" box on the order entry page.
You may also choose to have your package left without a signature, our drivers will take a photo of the package at the delivery location.


Q: How do I know my package has been delivered (proof of delivery)?

A: You can check the status of your delivery on our website, under the order history link. Your account can also be set up to receive email delivery notifications in real time.

Q: Do you offer Signature & Picture Capture? 

A: Yes, at delivery our drivers obtain the receivers name and signature, which can be found online or in your email status updates. 
Pictures are obtained at each pick up and delivery, if you require the photos for a specific order please email us with the order details at csr@randlcourier.com.

Q: Do you offer services to Calgary's Surrounding Areas?

A: Yes, we offer same-day deliveries to several of Calgary's surrounding areas, including:

Chestermere, Cochrane, Strathmore, High River, Airdrie, Okotoks, Balzac.

We also offer weekly service to Edmonton, Lethbridge, Canmore and Banff.

 

Q: What type of vehicles are on your fleet?

A: Our fleet consists of Mini-vans, Cargo-vans, 1 Ton Refrigerated Cube-van, 5 Ton Trucks, Flatbed Trucks.

Opening an Account:


Q: How can I open an account?

A: Visit our application page and complete our registration form. We will follow up with an email with all the information to open your account. 


Q: Are there any charges to open a new account?

A: No, there is no charge to set up an account, nor is there a required minimum amount of usage per month.

Q: How long does it take to open an account?

A: We can have you set up in less than 24 hours once your forms have been submitted. We can arrange for orders to be completed during the setup process. 


Q: Can I pay with a credit card?

A: Yes we accept all major credit cards. Please note there is a 5% credit card processing fee.


Q: ​What if we need a delivery but do not wish to open an account? 

A: We can make deliveries without accounts, we would hold the delivery cost on a credit card and send an invoice to your email address once the delivery is completed.

Q: What Services do you offer?

A: We are a local based company with most of our delivery services taking place right here in Calgary and Calgary’s surrounding communities.

We are a full service fleet, with a fleet of vehicles from vans to 5 ton trucks with power tailgates, and flat deck trucks.

Q: What are the cutoff times for placing an order?

A: With multiple service options our cut off times vary throughout the day.

1:30 pm  Reg service cut off is 1:30 PM    

2:30 pm  Rush service cut off is 2:30 PM  

3:00 pm  Direct service cut off is 3:00 PM   

4:00 pm  Critical service cut off is 4:00 PM           

Deliveries before 7 am and after 5 pm are subject to an after hours delivery charge.

Q: Do you have dollies, pallet jacks or forklifts?

A: Our cargo and minivan drivers are equipped with dollies, while our 5 ton trucks are equipped with both dollies and pallet jacks to make moving your packages easier. None of our drivers supply Forklift services.
