I recently completed a 7-day trek through the mountains in Yukon. Westjet lost our bags en route to Whitehorse and were utterly useless in helping us get them back. Ron and his team were able to retrieve our bags from Westjet and get them on the next Air North flight to Whitehorse. Ron and his team were friendly, solution-oriented and super efficient.
